Life without an Instagram filter can be very different, and the reality is, we all have real emotions, feelings, ups, and downs.
But when you find yourself thinking, ‘I’m not good enough, I’m not lovable, I’m not worthy,’ it can be overwhelming. Even the strongest among us need support to quiet that inner critic and embrace who we really are. Together, we will work to create the life you’ve always wanted.

I firmly believe that it’s possible to be happy with the life you’re living. It’s crucial to embrace your struggles, challenge yourself, and work through difficult situations to find true happiness by addressing the challenges in your life.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I don’t rely on just one modality. I specialize in providing services customized for each individual based on their specific needs. You are unique, your story is unique, and your experiences are unique—so why would I use the same method for you as I do for another client?
I’ve completed a Ph.D. in International Psychology with a focus on cultural needs and trauma specialization, alongside a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University. I have also completed advanced training in EMDR therapy and hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Hypnotherapy, and mindfulness-based therapy to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and more. I also specialize in attachment work, emotional and sexual abuse and neglect, childhood trauma, insomnia, eating disorders, transgenerational trauma, infidelity, and healing the inner child.
As a therapist, I believe in a collaborative approach. This isn’t about me just nodding and asking, “How do you feel about that?”—it’s about us working together. I’ll engage with you directly, ask the tough questions, and challenge your thoughts, all while holding a safe, non-judgmental space. Some days we’ll laugh, some days we might cry, but every step will bring you closer to the life you deserve and want.
My practice is all-inclusive and welcomes clients from all backgrounds and orientations. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction (including sex and porn addiction), narcissism, inner child work, test anxiety, depression, or issues with self-worth and self-esteem—together, we’ll untangle it all, because YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH! YOU ARE LOVABLE, AND YOU ARE WORTHY!
Trauma can be anything, from war-related PTSD and sexual abuse to a breakup or even falling down the stairs. It encompasses anything that causes you emotional distress. While there are different degrees of trauma, anything that causes you distress when you think about it is a form of trauma—and EMDR therapy can help reduce or completely eliminate it.
WHY ARE ALL SESSIONS VIRTUAL – Telehealth Only?
In the last few years, I’ve found that telehealth therapy is more effective than in-person sessions, especially for EMDR therapy, which led me to switch to a virtual telehealth practice-only model. Telehealth offers the convenience of accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home, without the stress of traffic or other distractions. It allows you to be surrounded by things that provide comfort and privacy, helping you relax and focus on the therapy session without any interruptions. This can be especially beneficial for EMDR therapy, which I’ve found works much better virtually.
